This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what your rights are. It applies to steadyimprovementltd.com only. Services we provide to clients are governed by the agreement for those services.

Who we are

The company named below operates this website and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy (the “controller”).

We collect only what is needed to run this site and reply to you:

  • Contact-form data: your name, email address, company name if you give it, your message, and the time of submission. The form is delivered by Web3Forms (see “Who processes your data”), which also records the technical details of the submission, such as your IP address, to operate the service and filter abuse.
  • Usage data, only if analytics is enabled on this site: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, referring site, and interaction events such as a form being sent. This is collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 using pseudonymous identifiers; we do not send names, email addresses or message contents to analytics.
  • Correspondence you start with us by email.
  • To reply to your enquiry and take the steps you ask for before any agreement — performance of pre-contractual steps at your request.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it — our legitimate interest in running an effective website, or your consent where the law requires it for analytics cookies.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.

This site sets no cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4, which may set cookies or use similar identifiers to distinguish visitors and sessions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply to its processing.

We share personal data only with providers that help us run this site, and only for that purpose:

  • Web3Forms — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
  • Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4) — site analytics, if enabled.
  • Cloudflare — hosts and serves the site and protects it from abuse; it may process connection data such as IP addresses in doing so.
  • Our email provider — stores correspondence.

Some of the providers above process data outside Israel and outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses and their published data-protection commitments.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and any engagement that follows, and are then deleted unless we must keep them to meet a legal obligation. Analytics data, if enabled, is kept according to the retention setting of the analytics property and then aggregated or deleted by Google.

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (as amended), and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent you have given. To exercise a right, write to the email address above. You may also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or, if you are in the EU, to your local supervisory authority.

The site is a static website with no user accounts and no database of its own. It is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted to the delivery provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

Questions about this policy or about your data: write to the email address listed under “Who we are”.
